HBS – Handgun Basics Safety Course.
This course is for anyone interested in knowing how to safely operate a handgun.
Topics include, firearm knowledge and nomenclature, ammunition knowledge and the fundamentals of marksmanship.
There is a profound difference between learning how to shoot a gun vs. learning how to use a gun for self-defense.
This is NOT a defense course.
This is a three-hour class about becoming proficient and safely operating a handgun with consistency.
If you are legally allowed to own firearms and have the desire to advance toward defense, this is a great first course on developing basic fundamental skills in shooting a gun safely.
Round Count is 50 Rounds.
ITDH – Introduction To Defensive Handgun
ITDH is a proven for students to be introducted to the core concepts of the Intuitive Defensive Shooting program and raise their level of skill of using a Handgun in the context of Self Defense.
Develop Safety as a skill.
Considerations for choosing a defensive handgun.
Skill Development Cycle.
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals and how they apply to the handgun.
Various shooting drills and techniques to help make the shooter more Efficient vs Effective.
Using the Body’s Natural Reaction during a critical incident, we’ll be using the handgun in the context of a potential lethal threat at a two arms length or beyond.
Combat Accuracy vs Target Shooting.
Realistic Multiple Target Engagement.
End of course debrief
Round Count is 125 Rounds.

The Standard Tuition is $200 for these courses. Take both at a discounted tuition of $160.00
Firearm Rental is Available for $25.00 per person.
WDN Members are offered a Special Membership Tuition of $80 for both courses.
